About Our Products

All of our products at Krysset are hand selected from small and independent artists, makers, and designers in the United States, US Territories, and Canada

Yes. We carry several Bucks County, PA, Hunterdon County, NJ, and Mercer County, NJ made product lines as well as a selection of regionally made artisan made goods from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Maryland.

All our artisan made products are made in the United States, US Territories, or Canada for or by the artists, makers, and designers they are sourced from. We specifically check that no products are fabricated outside the United States, US Territories, and Canada.

Yes. Some components or ingredients of the final product you receive may have been sourced internationally. For example, materials like gemstones or metals used to create jewelry domestically may have originate internationally. Many ingredients used in food items like chocolate, coffee, and tea do not grow domestically so they’re  sourced internationally as raw goods, imported, and then used to create their final, delicious product in domestic facilities.

We  pride ourselves in sourcing our products from Creative Partners that share our same values of quality, sustainability, fair trade and labor practices so you can trust that your values are also represented in the final product you receive. Our Creative Partners sourcing ingredients or components internationally do so with care and caution. They are uncompromising in their own partnerships and go above and beyond to source –for example– coffee beans from fairtrade, organic farms that give back by using profits to grow vegetables for their community, cocoa beans from female owned farms in Tanzania that fund locals schools, and fair trade gemstones directly from women minders in Africa.

Can we guarantee that our sourcing is “perfect”? That our Creative Partners’ sourcing is perfect? No, we can’t. But it's not about perfection. It's about being willing to learn and striving to do better every day.. And that we’re absolutely certain we can –and do– do. 

No, not all of our products are handmade–though many of them are–and that’s OK!

Not all products have to be “handmade” to be amazing and not all products make sense to be made entirely by hand. Products like greeting cards, textiles, and accessories often employ both traditional manufacturing techniques (like using a printing press or textile mill) andhand done techniques (like sewing or silkscreening).

A great example is our Seek & Swoon blankets. They’re beautiful designs come to life in a US based 2nd generation, family owned textile mill. Made from US made recycled yard, that’s both sustainable and durable, Seek & Swoon supports multiple companies within the US and their blankets would be nearly impossible to reproduce entirely by hand.


Plus, there are so many cool tools and machine based techniques out there that let makers create products in a unique way. Who are we to say so no to amazing creative outlets like laser cutters, CNC machines, hydraulic presses, and more?!

If our Creative Partners can express themselves and create a viable business using these tools and techniques, we’re all for it!

But, of course, we also love handmade ‘cause who doesn’t? 😉 

Returns & Exchanges

We are 100% committed to your happiness! If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily issue you a refund (minus return shipping costs) within 14 days of your ship date.

Please note, all items must be unopened (if sealed), uneaten, unworn, and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please email info@krysset.shop and we'll get your return or exchange started right away.

If an item has been broken, damaged, or spoiled during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@krysset.shop and we'll replace it (if possible) or issue a refund ASAP. 

Yes, absolutely. We'd be so happy to work with you and accommodate your specific needs. Depending on your request, product availability, and quantities a custom gift selection or package may take anywhere from 2 to 7 weeks. Please email your needs and questions to info@krysset.shop and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can!

Due to the high touch and individual nature of custom selection and gift packages, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these specific items. Custom selection and gift packages are made just for you and pre-approved ahead of ordering to make sure everything is to your exact needs and liking, ensuring your satisfaction and eliminating the need for returns or exchanges. 

Shipping Information

Your order will ship within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) post purchase date, unless otherwise specified. (Please note, Krysset is closed for all major US Holidays Please expect a 1-2 day delay if ordering on a major holiday) You will receive a tracking number with each purchase and be notified via email when your item ships. Please contact us at info@krysset.shop if you need an item delivered by a specific date. We're happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. 

We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping. You will receive a tracking number with each purchase and be notified via email when your item ships

After arriving at the carrier, items typically arrive at their destination within 5-8 days using standard shipping. Expedited shipments typically arrive within 2-3 days post carrier receipt. You may receive shipping updates via the tracking number received in your email after purchase.
